Player Agreement Overview

This Player Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your access to and use of Thrillzz, a free-to-play social sweepstakes platform (the “Platform”) operated by the Company. By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by every term set out below.

Thrillzz is a social gaming experience, not a licensed gambling operator. No purchase necessary to play or win. Gold Coins are offered free of charge for entertainment purposes, and Sweeps Coins may be obtained through free methods including mail-in requests, in accordance with applicable law.

If any term of this Agreement conflicts with the Official Rules of a specific promotion, the Official Rules for that promotion control as to that promotion only. All other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Platform.

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully, as it affects your legal rights. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, your account, or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except where prohibited by applicable law.

YOU AND THE COMPANY EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. ALL DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY ONLY.

Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral, mutually agreed arbitrator under standard commercial arbitration rules. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on both parties, subject only to limited judicial review as permitted by law.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an individual claim in small claims court, where jurisdictionally appropriate, in lieu of arbitration. This waiver survives termination of your account and this Agreement.

Eligibility Requirements and Personal Representations

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account or participate in any promotion on the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is true, current, and accurate.

This program is available in most U.S. states; residents of certain states are excluded as required by law. Understanding eligible states sweepstakes participation is the responsibility of each player, and current eligibility by state is confirmed during account registration.

You must be a legal resident of the United States, residing in a state where this program is permitted.
Only one account is permitted per person, household, and email address.
Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Company are not eligible to participate.
No purchase is required to create an account, obtain Sweeps Coins, or redeem eligible prizes.

Because eligible states sweepstakes rules can change based on state law, the Company may restrict, suspend, or decline service to residents of any jurisdiction at its discretion. Sweepstakes void where prohibited.

You further represent that your participation does not violate any law, regulation, or policy applicable to you, including workplace policies or local ordinances governing sweepstakes participation.

Digital License and Social Token Framework

Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins are virtual items made available through the Platform for entertainment purposes. Gold Coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or transferred for cash or any other item of monetary value under any circumstances.

Sweeps Coins may, subject to the Official Rules and applicable law, be redeemable for prizes once minimum thresholds and verification requirements are met. Neither coin type is a form of currency, property, or a financial instrument.

All coins are granted to you as a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license for use solely within the Platform. This license does not convey any ownership interest, and the Company may adjust, suspend, or discontinue the availability of coins at any time.

You may not sell, trade, gift, or otherwise transfer coins to any other person or account. Any attempt to convert coins into cash outside the Platform’s designated redemption process is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Account Security and Profile Administration

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication method associated with your account. You must notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized access.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you personally authorized it, unless such activity results directly from the Company’s failure to maintain reasonable security safeguards.

Profile information, including your name, address, and date of birth, must be kept accurate and current. The Company may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility, prevent fraud, or process a redemption request.

Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activity

The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, collusion, and abuse of the Platform. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, the activities listed below.

Creating or controlling more than one account per person or household.
Using bots, scripts, emulators, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform.
Initiating chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals in bad faith.
Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or exploit promotions.
Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information during registration or verification.

Any player found engaging in prohibited activity forfeits all coins, pending redemptions, and prize eligibility, and the Company reserves the right to permanently suspend the associated account without notice.

The Company may investigate suspected violations using available account, device, and payment data, and may cooperate with law enforcement or financial institutions where fraud is suspected.

Intellectual Property and User Contributions

All content on the Platform, including logos, graphics, game designs, software, and text, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the Company’s prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action and immediate account termination.

If you submit feedback, reviews, comments, or other content to the Platform, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

System Outages and Technical Disruptions

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, network issues, and third-party service interruptions may temporarily limit access.

In the event of a verified system malfunction, malfunctioning game results, coin balances, or transactions may be voided at the Company’s discretion. The Company is not liable for any loss of access, coins, or opportunity to participate arising from technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control.

Liability Limits and Indemnification

The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed one hundred dollars. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of this Agreement or your misuse of the Platform.

Termination and General Provisions

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes you have violated this Agreement, engaged in prohibited activity, or become ineligible under applicable eligible states sweepstakes restrictions.

Upon termination, any unredeemed Sweeps Coins may be forfeited, and your license to access the Platform ends immediately. Sections addressing arbitration, liability, indemnification, and intellectual property survive termination of your account.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

This Agreement, together with the Official Rules and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Company regarding your use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements or representations.
